For decades, the training for mental health and physical health professionals has been symptomatic and reductionist. Coaches too lack diverse tools for client transformations. Clients are stuck in cycles of medication, temporary fixes, recurring pain. Therapists, coaches, and allied health professionals—though deeply passionate—cannot create long-lasting client breakthroughs because they:
I understand the struggle
I understand the struggle of finding a one-stop hub of holistic wellbeing programs that are easy, affordable and practical. I know what it feels like to upskill holistically given the misinformation, sensationalism and noise on the internet and media about health and wellbeing. I know what it feels like to be unable to afford the time and cost of recognized certifications, diplomas and degrees in all aspects of holistic health. I have been there- trapped between the mindset of reductionist curriculums and narrow training and the expectations of clients to find long-term sustainable results. But I broke free and along the way, am helping others do the same.
My mission is to empower 1000 therapists, and health/wellness coaches to expand their toolkits holistically for elevated income and impact!
