Client Background

Sirinera, a 38-year-old South Asian woman, held two degrees and two advanced diplomas in different fields — yet never found lasting direction in work. Raised by a decorated lawyer aunt after her mother left, she grew up in a family where doctors, lawyers, and engineers were the norm. By comparison, her meandering path felt “unsuccessful.”

Compounded by an abusive past relationship (later replaced with a stable, kind partner), Sirinera’s lack of occupational clarity made her avoid family gatherings. She longed for purpose but felt stuck.

Initial Visit

Through the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, Sirinera discovered her dominant profile was Level 3 energy (coping, rationalizing, forgiving) with a secondary Level 4 (service). She had assumed she was stuck in Level 1 (“I lose”) victimhood — but realizing she already carried forward-moving energy gave her hope.

Together, we explored how she could transcend from rationalizing the “lost years” to Level 6 and 7 lenses, where she could see beauty, purpose, and opportunity in her whole journey.

Action Plan

We embarked on the COR.E Transitions Program — unpacking her conditioning around “success,” identifying energy blocks, and differentiating mastery orientation (joy in learning/growing) from performance orientation (proving worth).

Over 10 weeks, Sirinera uncovered her true calling: working with children. She enrolled in a Bachelor of Education degree at 39. Instead of regret, she embraced her unique timeline through a Level 6 perspective: “What am I learning today that will serve my future self?”

Her family — especially her lawyer aunt — wasn’t thrilled. But for the first time, Sirinera felt aligned with her authentic self.

Key Learning

All answers lie within. The only way out is in.
